We look at roof surfaces, penetrations, flashing, valleys and transitions where water can change direction or move beneath surrounding materials.
02Where should water leave?
Roof edges, gutters, downspouts and discharge areas help show whether water is moving away from the structure as intended.
03Is the concern isolated or connected?
We compare the visible concern with nearby material condition, previous repairs, recurring symptoms and the age of the surrounding system.
04What deserves attention first?
Safety and active water entry come first, followed by deterioration that can spread, maintenance needs and optional exterior improvements.
